Phase 1: Get Engaged 4 weeks / up to 24 hrs
Our time together would set the stage for high-impact business execution. The highlights of this stage are CLARITY, FOCUS and EVALUATION. We would also enjoy some bonding time while we work so we can flow together as real Business Partners!
- Review your Business Profile – Who? Why?

Phase 2: Get Ready 6 weeks / up to 36 hrs
Together we will establish a 6-month executable plan, which will be the basis for ACCOUNTABILITY and ACTION. Your Vision will be revived, with focus and intentionality.

- Design the Soft Launch incl. any Rebranding

Phase 3: Get Going by Month 3
We will work together to accomplish the objectives and milestones established during “Get Ready” and make the necessary adjustments from the review and feedback.
PRICING
Pricing is affordable and equivalent to a US-based Business Analyst role, averaging at US$25 – $50 per Hour for phases 1 and 2, depending on the level of involvement you require. Phase 3 would be based on an agreed % of value delivered. Each option will include all the benefits of the previous level(s). The proposed fees cover access to my time and expertise but do not include outsourced services for your business such as software subscriptions, overseas travel, staff recruitment and so on.
- OPTION #1 / Level 1 Advisory: I would provide you with business coaching, advice as your subject-matter expert with behind-the-scenes support.
- Phase 1 – 24 hours @ $25 – U$600
- Phase 2 – 36 hours @ $25 – U$900
- Phase 3 – TBD at month 3
- OPTION #2 / Level 2 Collaborative: In addition to level 1, we would work almost 50:50. I would accompany you to meetings, help design, build and implement your systems within pre-defined parameters.
- Phase 1 – 24 hours @ $40 – U$960
- Phase 2 – 36 hours @ $40 – U$1,440
- Phase 3 – TBD at month 3
- OPTION #3 / Level 3 Agency: In addition to levels 1 and 2, you have the flexibility to decide how I show up for you and your business. For example, I can represent you/your business at meetings in your absence, negotiate contracts on your behalf and so on.
- Phase 1 – 24 hours @ $50 – U$1,250
- Phase 2 – 36 hours @ $50 – U$1,800
- Phase 3 – TBD at month 3
