As a rare hybrid leader, she combines Financial Rigor (FCCA), Agile Execution, and Organizational Psychology to diagnose systemic friction and install high-performance governance frameworks.
With 15+ years of corporate experience, Natasha has served as a Transformation Architect for major regional entities including Unit Trust Corporation, Guardian Group, and JMMB. She acts as the “Fractional Chief Transformation Officer” for high-growth enterprises, bridging the gap between Boardroom Strategy and Frontline Reality.
She is the author of “Restored to Purpose and Dominion,” the legislative manual for leadership governance.
